Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our premium chauffeur services. These terms govern your use of Urban Track.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Urban Track. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our premium chauffeur and transportation services. By booking a ride with Urban Track, you agree to be bound by these terms.
"We," "us," or "our" refers to Urban Track. "You" or "your" refers to the client, passenger, or person making the booking.
2. Booking Terms
All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. A booking is formally acknowledged and scheduled once you coordinate pickup details and complete confirmation.
- Advance booking is highly recommended, especially for airport transfers and corporate travel schedules.
- You must provide accurate pickup locations, trip category details, and contact numbers.
- We reserve the right to upgrade your vehicle class at no additional charge if the requested category is unavailable.
3. Cancellation Policy
Standard Transfers
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur no penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 100% of the estimated fare.
Hourly & Corporate Events
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a charge equal to the minimum hourly booking requirement.
4. Safety Regulations
The safety of our passengers and chauffeurs is paramount. All our vehicles are meticulously maintained and comply with strict safety regulations.
- check_circle Seatbelts must be worn by all passengers at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
- check_circle The chauffeur has the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying abusive behavior or extreme intoxication.
